Our fair refund and replacement policy for digital barcode packages.

At Planet Retail (eanupccodes.com), we are committed to delivering high-quality, functional barcode packages. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements are available. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Goods — General Policy

Our barcode packages are digital products delivered electronically by email. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once received, our refund policy applies only in specific, clearly defined circumstances as set out below.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Ordering the wrong quantity of barcodes.
  • Failing to read the product description, package inclusions, or important notes before purchasing.
  • Rejection by a specific marketplace based on that platform's specific vendor requirements (beyond standard EAN/UPC acceptance).
  • Issues caused by incorrect printing scale, poor print quality, or packaging design errors by the customer or their designer.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will provide a full refund or free replacement if:

  • The barcode numbers supplied by us are technically defective — meaning they fail to scan on standard retail barcode scanners due to a fault in the barcode number or image file itself.
  • The same barcode number has already been assigned to a different product or was previously sold by us (duplicate assignment error).
  • We fail to deliver your barcode package within 24 hours of payment without reasonable explanation.
  • The barcode images supplied are corrupted, unreadable, or unusable in their delivered format.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your barcode package:

Your request should include:

  • Your name and order details (date, package quantity, and email address used)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Evidence of the problem (e.g., screenshot of scan failure, error message from a platform)

We will investigate and respond within 3 business days. If your claim is valid, we will process a replacement or refund promptly.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days:

  • UPI / bank transfer: refunded to the original account.
  • Razorpay: refunded via Razorpay to your original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Option

In many cases, we may offer a free replacement of the defective barcodes as an alternative to a refund. This is often the fastest resolution. We will always discuss the best option with you.
