These Terms of Service govern your use of the website eanupccodes.com and the purchase of barcode products from Planet Retail ("we", "us", "Company"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase from us.

1. About Our Products

Planet Retail sells digital barcode packages consisting of reseller / legacy-origin EAN-13 and UPC-A barcode codes in the 060–089 prefix range, originally issued by the Uniform Code Council (UCC, now GS1-US). These are unique, globally distinct barcode numbers supplied as digital files.

Important limitations:

  • Purchasing from Planet Retail does not register your company with GS1 India or appear in GS1's official databases.
  • Our barcodes are not GS1 India 890-prefix barcodes. GS1 India is the exclusive issuer of 890-prefixed barcodes in India.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying that our barcodes are accepted by the specific retail chain, marketplace, or platform they intend to use.
  • Planet Retail does not guarantee acceptance of our barcodes by any specific retailer, online marketplace, or authority that may have specific requirements.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are placed via WhatsApp (+91 8920675323) or email (planetretail1@gmail.com).
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and Razorpay (debit/credit card, net banking).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is applicable as per current Indian tax laws. GST invoices are available on request.
  • Planet Retail reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.

3. Delivery

  • All barcode packages are delivered digitally to the email address provided by the customer.
  • Standard delivery time is within 2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–9 PM IST).
  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business morning.
  • Planet Retail is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

4. Permitted Use

Barcode packages purchased from Planet Retail may be used by the purchasing customer for their own products and business purposes. You may:

  • Assign barcodes to your own products for use on packaging, e-commerce listings, and retail.
  • Share barcode files with your packaging designers or printers for placement on your products.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the barcode numbers to third parties.
  • Misrepresent the origin or nature of the barcodes.
  • Use barcodes in any unlawful manner or to misrepresent product identity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Planet Retail's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
  • Planet Retail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our barcode products.
  • Planet Retail is not liable if a marketplace, retailer, or platform rejects barcodes based on their own specific requirements that go beyond standard retail barcode acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, design, graphics, and code belongs to Planet Retail and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of any part of this website without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
